15th SF Latino Film Festival Returns September 28-October 15; In Person and Online

The 15th San Francisco Latino Film Festival opens September 28 through October 15 with in person and online screenings. Audiences can enjoy features, documentaries, and short films from Latin America, Spain, and the United. Many are independent and first time works that can only be seen at the festival. Screenings will take place at the Roxie Theater, Mission Cultural Center for Latino Arts, and Landmark’s Opera Plaza Cinemas all in San Francisco. Additional venues pending. Cinephiles can attend screenings, meet visiting filmmakers, attend filmmaker meet ups, and receptions. LA CURANDERA CUMBIACHER- Directed by Ivan Flores, USA

THE BROKEN GLASS THEORY- Directed by Diego Fernández, Uruguay.

ARIEL-RETURN TO BUENOS AIRED- Directed by Alison Murray, Canada
