SF CritterFest is an exciting new film festival brought to us by SF IndieFest with screenings taking place at 4 Star Cinema from September 17-20. It’s a festival bringing stories about the interaction between humans and the animal kingdom. We’re excited to co-present Flamingos: Life After the Meteorite, a documentary from Mexico.
FLAMINGOS is directed by Lorenzo Hagerman and narrated by Julieta Venegas. This documentary from Mexico set in the Yucatan Peninsula is about the unforgettable journey of the Caribbean flamingo during the most delicate and challenging stage of its life-a voyage that is surprising, fascinating, and deeply inspiring.
